DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy

AudioTaleFM (www.audiotalefm.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by delivering a notice containing the following requirements.

1. Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA notice with AudioTaleFM, please provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the exact URL(s) on AudioTaleFM.
  3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and an active email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Takedown & Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, AudioTaleFM will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the content provider that the material has been removed.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If the affected party believes that the material that was removed is not infringing, or that they have the authorization from the copyright owner, they may send a counter-notification containing statutory required elements to our Designated Agent.
